These classes are a “Parent & Me” driven class. The coach shows the parent how to help their tumbler learn the basic skills. Each class is started with stretching and warming up. This class gives your tumbler a jump start to the basics at a young age.

the mat, rod floor, and the tumble trak.
This class is the introduction to tumbling for this age group. Each class

floor, tumble trak, and trampoline.

work on. In this class we start focusing on teaching the tumblers
different drills to gain strength. Shooting stars start to focus on back
tuck drills. This class continues to clean all previous skills learned to
make sure that the tumbler gets stronger with each new skill they
have obtained. Tumblers learn to connect multiple skills together.
All basic skills are needed, including a back tuck to move to the next
level- Diamond. Class placement and movement is done according to a
coach’s evaluation.
This class works on all the basic skills that the introductory classes work on. In this class we start focusing on teaching the tumblers different drills to gain strength. Diamon level start to focus on standing back tucks and twisting. This class continues to clean all previous skills learned to make sure that the tumbler gets stronger with each new skill they have obtained. Tumblers learn to connect multiple skills together.
This class is geared towards learning an aerial. Aerial class consists of many different drills taught to the tumblers. A solid cartwheel and one- handed cartwheel are needed before taking this class.
This class is geared towards learning a standing backhand spring. Backhand spring class consists of many different drills taught to the tumblers. A backbend kickover and back walkover is needed before taking this class.
This class focuses on different types of work outs to help the tumbler
become stronger.
Core strength is a big necessity for tumblers. We teach tumblers how
to work those muscles in different ways.
